Pat is the fourth generation of Giddens to enter the family business, having learnt her trade in the workshop of her father Maurice Giddens. Graduating with a degree in textiles from Leeds University, she established her own business in 1993, and it has flourished ever since with projects based as far and wide as Japan and Mustique.
